About intake appointments: All intake appointments are conducted virtually. After our initial session, we can discuss your preferences for ongoing care.

Group Sessions

Small-group sessions designed around specific needs and shared experiences.

Children's Group

$65 / session

Faith-based coping skills for ages 10–16. 60-minute weekly sessions, small groups of 6–8.

Veterans Group

$80 / session

Resilience and peer support for veterans. 75-minute biweekly sessions, small groups of 6–8.

Joining a group: Groups are formed in small cohorts to ensure each member gets meaningful attention. If you're interested in joining, reach out to be added to the waitlist — we'll be in touch as soon as a new group is forming.

Insurance & Sliding Scale

We're in-network with several major providers, and a limited number of sliding-scale spots are available for those experiencing financial hardship.

Accepted Insurance

If you don't see your provider listed, please reach out — we may still be able to help with out-of-network reimbursement through a superbill.
